Our experienced PT will take you through a workout journey, which will be both invigorating and revitalizing.
The first part of the session will leave you energised and refreshed.
The second half of the session will help stretch and tone with Yoga & Pilates inspired movement.
Then melt your cares away with our tranquil relaxation cool down.
Please bring your own exercise/yoga mat. However, we do have a few spare, just in case!

'...I needed some motivation to get back into fitness, so started attending the Circuit Class with Hyatti fitness, these classes put the fun back into fitness, Janine and Khadeejeh are excellent trainers, giving encouragement and tips on technique to make sure you get the most out of the class they will always find an alternative if you can't manage a particular exercise, as well as giving variations if you want to work harder, I feel so energised after each session, would definitely recommend Hyatti Fitness...' - Debra
